Your Mindset Workbook Contains:
Section 1: Discover
After your introduction to mindset formation, you'll be guided to discover in a non-judgemental way the depth of your current beliefs about the area of life you want to work on. We don't get into the psychology of "why" because that's a rabbit hole (spoiler: It's always childhood). What matters is THAT you believe this and THAT you don't take action. You'll be guided to see what your future will be like if nothing changes . Your life is in the FUTURE, not the past. If you want new results, you have to be future-focused!
Section 2: Reflect
A deep dive into reflecting on where these beliefs even came from. You might be shocked at how little say-so YOU actually have about this. Again, we don't judge. I guide you to inspect things from a neutral place because the brain just does what it does.You'll be guided to be open-minded to what's possible for you and your life via your precious imagination. We don't use our imagination in a way that can fully benefit us and it's time to change that..
Section 3: Restore
As previously mentioned, we are going to ignite your imagination again so that YOU, authentically you, can create a belief that YOU want. Then, you'll create matching actions which are consistent with this belief. You deserve freedom and the skills to create actions that work and the results you want, no matter where you come from, your childhood, or what society tries to tell you about you. This section is NOT "positive thinking": nor is it a "fix it and change it" solution. Nope! YOU get a fresh start and a blank canvas for your future. These exercises have worked for my clients for 17+ years, so trust me, when you're all in, they work.
Section 4: Practice
This is the DOING section. No more thinking, it's time to IMPLEMENT, test, change if needed, and repeat. Being in your head about things gets you no where, so I guide you to take ACTIONS without the fear of "failure'. Here you'll have easy, simple charts to fill out to determine and test your actions. Included is a lesson on habits, and a habit tracker. ACTION is required for success, so if you're just wanting new information but don't want to take action? Save your money and don't buy this workbook.
