Section 1: Habits and Mindset
We take a look at what a habit actually is and the science of making one actually last. Next up is a life-changing lesson into the mindset of accomplishing goals and habits. We are very disconnected from what can actually drive a habit forward, regardless of thoughts, moods, and emotions. Many of you might know that motivation is not enough to accomplish a goal, but sheer "grit" isn't the answer either. You will no longer be disconnected from the heart and spirit behind your desire to achieve your goals!
Section 2: Commitments and Goals
A deep dive into reflecting on where your goals even come from. You might be shocked at how deeply important your goals actually are. So often we are distracted with guilt, shame, and all the "shoulds", that we become disconnected with the dream behind the goal. Well, my friend, it's time to put an END to that once and for all.
Section 3: Actions and Results
As previously mentioned, we are going to connect you to the real DRIVER of goals, and spark up your spirit about them. Then, you'll create matching actions which are consistent with this spirit. You'll gain a sense of freedom and the skills to create actions that work and attain the results you want. ACTION is required for success, so if you're just wanting new information but don't want to take action? Save your money and don't buy this workbook.
Section 4: Systems and Tracking
This is the long-term DOING section. What isn't measured doesn't move, right? BUT, you need to build a structure/system, so that you can input actions to measure them in the first place. Often, this is the missing piece in attaining and adhering to a goal. Yes, this will take some thought, but once you've done it you don't have to wonder what you'll do anymore. You'll just look at your structure sheet, know what to do, and then check it off on your trackers! Then you get to celebrate! . No more thinking, it's time to IMPLEMENT, test, change if needed, and repeat.
